REFUND POLICY — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — DIGITAL CONTENT
Our products are digital files delivered electronically and made available for immediate download upon completion of your purchase.

By placing your order and downloading or accessing the files, you expressly request and consent to the immediate performance of the contract, and you acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal (the 14-day "cooling-off" period) once the download has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national law.

If you have not yet downloaded the files, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days by contacting us at digitalproducts.pro00@gmail.com for a full refund. This right is lost once the download has started, as set out above.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund once the files have been
downloaded.

However, we will consider granting a refund that meets specific internal criteria (e.g., duplicate
order) and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion.
Please know that your satisfaction is our goal, so we will ensure you are happy with your purchase!
